Earth-Bound Souls: The Challenges and Risks of Being Stuck in the Earth Plane

Fear holds souls back and they can become stuck. Fear acts as a barrier. Some may be afraid to move forward into the light where a life review will occur, believing they may be punished for their wrong doings in their most recent lifetime.

This is a calling. If you attract earthbound spirits regularly it is wise to train so you are spiritually protected and can help these souls. We are all soul, all Beings of Love and light- some just need more help than others to find their way home.

Earth-Bound Souls

Earthbound spirits are individuals who either consciously decide not to cross over to the light, are not aware they have died or are so traumatized by the death experience they literally cannot see the light. Earthbound spirits are quite often bound to live out to an isolated existence on Earth. They continue to have conscious awareness in their immediate surroundings world and often linger in earthly locals where they once felt the most comfort and safety. They often have an agenda but sometimes they do. You might encounter these spirits in a previously owned home or a place of business, an old battlefield, or even seen wandering around a property. In other situations the souls might inhabit a space somewhere in reality but are not consciously aware of where that is and are not tied to a particular place.

Many earthbound spirits are benevolent and cause very little tangible activity. Living persons residing in locations where this kind of earthbound spirit exists may never even know the trapped souls are there. Then there are unhappy and angry types which may start causing trouble by creating various types of real disturbances. Quite often spirit activity or ghostly activity begins when there is a disruption to their living space or their prior home. Earthbound spirits can reveal themselves also during renovations to a structure.

These are spirits who elect to stay in a particular local which was important to them during life. They may even feel duty bound to stay. They do not want to let go of their life on Earth. These are not malicious or mean spirits they only want to continue doing what was the most important thing to them in life or watch over loved ones left behind. Sometimes these spirits are simply curious about what it would be like to stay on Earth without a body. But those souls soon realize that life literally goes on without them. Some of these spirits may have unfinished business here on earth and may linger to assure that certain situations resolve or that their Karma is still needed in a situation.

This is hard to explain, but sometimes souls don't move "toward the light" after they transition from the physical to the non-physical. Pierre Teilhard de Chardin's famous quote "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience" rings very true.

Crossing over lost souls, who have latched onto you or other people is very important work. Earthbound spirit attachments affect you and your world in many ways and releasing them into the light when they are encountered is the highest and best possible action you can take, for you, for them, and for your world.

Crossed-over spirits use spiritual energy to communicate with us in the physical, or may reach out through visitation dreams, signs, and even angels to let us know they are okay and that even after death their souls live on.

The origin of the Earthbound can be found in Lucifer's five Archdukes, his most trusted advisors and leaders during the Rebellion. Each Archduke was in charge of one of the Legions, and they served him unquestionably. However, as the fighting wore on, some of them began to question Lucifer's motives and methods. When Lucifer proposed the Grand Experiment, they were further troubled; if humanity supplanted the Creator, would they really be any better off? When Asmodeus had a vision of humans ruling over the Fallen, it was all over. He and Abaddon created the Nephilim, half-demons meant to replace humans and be utterly subservient to the Archdukes. Azrael further helped develop them in exchange for their souls upon their deaths.

As the Fallen lost their souls to the Abyss, humanity began the long road to recovery from the catastrophic collapse of the Civilization of Ashes. With each passing century, the sands of time obscured the ruins of the Age of Wrath, and each successive generation remembered less and less of the past. Fragmented memories became the foundation of superstitions and legends as humanity relearned how to till the fields, bend animals to their will and fashion tools from wood, metal and stone. In time, they built the first ancient civilizations, inspired by racial memories of past glory that humanity now experienced only in dreams.

Eventually, almost 500 years after their release, the Earthbound became aware of one another as their faith allowed them to extend their senses for hundreds of miles around the globe. Even in the glory days of the war, the five archdukes owed little loyalty to one another, jealous as they were of their territories and prerogatives. Now, caught up in the orgy of faith and violence that was slowly but steadily restoring their former glory, the Earthbound regarded one another less as comrades and more as competitors for the human riches scattered across the Earth. For this same reason, none of the five had been tempted to use their followers to summon more of the Fallen from the Pit. Every demon released, even bound into servitude, was one more with whom the archdukes would have to share the bounty of souls that the world offered.

Regardless, as the years passed and the archdukes labored to extend their reach, they came into contact with other Earthbound demons who existed in the guises of bloodthirsty human gods. For all that the archdukes tried to keep the summoning rituals secret, hunting and destroying mages who were believed to possess the knowledge, the arcane lore was too widespread to completely erase, and more demons found themselves freed from the Abyss. Most times, the Fallen were summoned in an attempt to gain knowledge or power and just as quickly returned to their prison, but on occasion, the demons escaped the grip of their summoner and found some artifact that could sustain them until a more suitable vessel was created. Sometimes the archdukes enslaved these lesser demons by invoking their True Name in complex binding rituals. In rare cases, their followers were destroyed and the souls of the Fallen were consumed by their former lords. In most cases, however, the weaker demons simply fled, reappearing later in another land in the guise of another deity and harvesting the faith of a different culture. The world was still vast enough that the small number of Earthbound could usually coexist without directly competing for souls.

When souls don't cross to the other side after death, they wander the astral plane aimlessly, causing havoc around the living. But you can help them cross over, no matter your skill level. Spirit Rescue teaches you how to identify different types of spirits, clear negative energy, and invite angels and guides to your own spirit rescue team.

It may be one of the most complex questions ever asked: What really happens to the soul after death? Some discarnate souls may cross over; others may stay in the earthy realm to help or protect family members; and other earthbound souls may need to work through psychospiritual dilemmas before being escorted to the Other Side--with help from a shaman psychopomp.

Dr. David Kowalewski relies on personal experiences and his studies with shamans of many continents to illuminate the mysterious worlds of life, death, and afterlife and share an inside look at the ancient craft of psychopomping. While presenting over ninety cases of psychopomp work, Dr. Kowalewski offers statistics that explain why souls become earthbound; relay how often unfamiliar spirits show up during journeys; and provide reasons why shamanic protocols, practices, and adventures with the dead in daily life can help the task along. Included are other fascinating examples of psychopomp practices of indigenous peoples from around the world.

The Earthbound Immortals are the evil incarnations that were sealed away in the underworld by the Crimson Dragon and its servants 5000 years before the events of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. These malicious entities were released as a result of the Zero Reverse incident. They serve as the ace monsters of the Dark Signers, possessing them to serve as gatekeepers of Old Ener-D, which serves as the entrance of the underworld. When they are summoned, a giant heart appears in the sky and begins to absorb the souls of humans and pure darkness from the air until a burst of purple flames and the Immortal would rise from the flames.

These souls exists in a temporary state between worldsmidway inhabiting earth as a spirit without the physical body. This leaves thesoul confused, angry, frustrated and with very little or no joy at all, justmerely surviving or hanging around. These are souls who have resisted theprocess of transition and evolution.

When a person dies, his soul which is attached to thebody through a silver cord is freed from its body. Its here the soul becomes awitness and even watches the last rites around its body. Its at this pointgenerally the attachment to the body should cease to exist as the soul needs abody to survive and the very body it inhabited for so many years was no longeravailable. And here the soul ideally should start its journey upward, althoughit spends a few days in the places it liked and with the people he loved. Thewindow of moving back to the plane of existence is limited and its called theBardo. This Bardo closes after a few days of the death of a person believed tobe around 12 to 21 days. If the soul does not cross over to light in this timeperiod it gets stuckup here, be it by choice or by missing out, this soul thenbecomes earthbound, its like missing a train and getting stranded. This soulnow if and whenever he wants to go back will have to search out for sources orreach out to people who help release souls, till such time they will be stuckon the earth plane and hence are called earthbound souls. Many a times thistime is very long as the soul might even lose motivation in going back home. 2ff7e9595c
